NeuBird Features · Projects
Your whole stack, investigated as one.
A project groups one or more connections so you can manage them as a single entity. Investigations run inside the project and cross-correlate information from every connection in it, and the project is where you tune how its agents behave.

How Projects works
What goes into a project?
A project holds the connections that make up one system. A checkout service might run on AWS and Azure, keep its source code in GitHub, coordinate in Slack and page through PagerDuty. Put all five in one project and the agents have the full context when they investigate.
How do investigations use a project?
Investigations run within the project, so a single investigation can follow a problem from a cloud metric to the commit that caused it to the conversation where someone noticed it. Correlating across connections is what turns separate clues into one root cause.
What can I tune in a project?
Each project carries its own agent configuration, including:
- Ingest filters: which incoming alerts the project takes in.
- Alert enrichment: context added to each alert as it arrives, such as the service owner and recent deploys.
- Investigation agent: which agent investigates the project's signals.
- Confidence threshold: how confident a result must be before it is marked actionable.
- Investigation guidance: instructions that steer how the agent investigates, such as checking recent deploys first.
FAQ
Common questions
What is a project in NeuBird?
A project groups one or more connections, such as AWS, Azure, GitHub, Slack and PagerDuty, so they are managed as a single entity. Investigations run within the project and cross-correlate information from every connection in it.
Why group connections into projects?
Most incidents cross tools: a cloud metric, a recent commit and an on-call page can all describe the same failure. Grouping those connections in one project gives the agent the full context to correlate them into one root cause.
What agent settings can I change per project?
Each project has its own ingest filters, alert enrichment, investigation agent, confidence threshold for actionable results and investigation guidance, along with other agent configuration.
