Is NeuBird a gateway?

No. A gateway governs the model call: tokens, keys, routing. NeuBird governs the operation. It includes governed model access with the same metering, but it also queries your telemetry in place, remembers every investigation, and runs the investigation itself. Governance without operations context still chases noise.

We already built MCP servers over our tools. Do we need NeuBird?

Your MCP servers keep working. What NeuBird adds is the layer underneath them: correlation across every connected tool, shared memory across teams and agents, cost attribution, and earned write access governed once. Your agents connect over MCP and inherit it.

How is NeuBird different from an AI SRE agent?
