NeuBird Features · Connections
50+ tools, queried where they live.
Connections link NeuBird to your environment: clouds, Kubernetes, source control, incident management, ticketing and MCP servers. During an investigation, NeuBird makes tool calls to each connected service in real time, asking only for the information the investigation needs.

How Connections works
What can NeuBird connect to?
NeuBird connects to 50+ tools, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub, PagerDuty, Jira and MCP servers. The list keeps growing. If you do not see a tool you use on the solutions page, ask us to add it and we will consider it.
How does NeuBird use a connection?
A connection lets NeuBird make tool calls to that service during an investigation. NeuBird formulates precise queries, one question of one source at a time, such as the error logs for one service in one time window, rather than pulling everything and sorting it afterwards.
Why does query precision matter?
Every byte an agent pulls into a model costs tokens and dilutes the evidence. NeuBird uses Context Engineering to give the model only the context the question needs, which cuts token waste by about 90% and keeps the reasoning focused.
Is my telemetry copied?
No. NeuBird queries telemetry where it already lives, with zero telemetry storage. Raw logs, metrics and traces stay in your tools; NeuBird keeps conclusions, never the data underneath them. To redact personal data before any query result leaves your network, add the NeuBird Proxy.
